AUDIONICS TO DEBUT FAP S1 WIRELESS MEDIA STREAMER AT CES 04

Las Vegas, NV, January 7, 2004 - Fosgate
Audionics will unveil the highly anticipated FAP S1 audio/video
streamer at its CES display, booth #16808, January 8 - 11,
at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.
Though the streamers final specifications and feature-set
have yet to be confirmed, the demonstration will offer a look
at what consumers can look forward later this year.
The FAP S1 employs advanced technology that will allow
end-users to enjoy the audio and video files stored on their
PC or server throughout their entire homes, said Chris
Byrne, Director of Product Development and Marketing, Rockford
Home Group. You can even save media to the substantial,
internal hard drive, just in case you prefer not to turn on
the computer.
Like all products bearing the Fosgate Audionics name,
the FAP S1 will cater to audiophiles first and foremost, with
sonics designed to please the most ardent enthusiast.
The FAP S1 audio/video streamer will include all significant
codecs, including mpeg 2 and 4, as well as mp3 pro, wav, ogg,
wma, and more. Also featured will be an intuitive graphical
interface for easy navigation, control and playback.
