Audionics Launches Amplifiers
for Home Theater Audio
Tempe, Ariz. - Fosgate Audionics,
a product development and engineering company recently acquired
by Rockford Corporation, has announced the launch of new home
theater amplifiers, the FA600.3 and FA1000.5, scheduled for
availability in mid June.
Fosgate Audionics is dedicated to
the development of products that meet the exacting standards
of quality, performance and cosmetic design that have always
been attributed to the Fosgate Audionics name, and the FA600.3
and FA1000.5 are no exceptions, explains David Munzlinger,
Business Unit Manager for Fosgate Audionics. The FA600.3
and FA1000.5 are designed to provide amplification for the
Fosgate Audionics pre-amps and processors. They both provide
exceptional value and performance through the incorporation
of Transana circuitry and SMPS (Switch Mode Power
Supply) technology that results in improved dynamics and load
driving capability. The cosmetic looks, fit and finish, and
overall build quality are exceptional.
The FA600.3 and the FA1000.5 are 200 watt
per channel amplifiers that incorporate a new switching power
supply to eliminate power supply sags during dynamic passages
in music and movie soundtracks. The SMPS power supply results
in improved dynamics and realism.
Fosgate Audionics is a division of Rockford
Corporation and is based in Tempe, Ariz., a publicly traded
company under the NASDAQ stock symbol ROFO. The company websites
